Registration for the 2025 season is open for current member to re-register. Any new inquiries will be placed on a waiting list until we know if plots are available.
In order to register for a plot you must be a Hatfield, Massachusetts resident, or Hatfield-based organization.

Current gardeners are being asked re-register for the Spring 2025- Fall 2025 season by 3/31/2025. We will know soon after, what plots may be available, and will offer to those on the waitlist, in order of interest received.
Fill-out the online form below OR download and complete the 2025 Registration form. If you do not have printing capacity, please email hatfieldcommunitygarden@gmail.com and we will get one to you. Please remit payment to Town of Hatfield, attn Community Garden. Payment is preferred ASAP, and must be remitted prior to starting to work a plot. Note: Gardeners may opt to pay in advance for compost @ $3 per 5 gallon bucket.
Gardeners receive numerous benefits including:
A 20’ by 20’ plot, or a 20’ by 10’ half plot
Access to prime soil and town water
Shared tools, wheelbarrows, and watering cans
Low-cost access to finished compost at $3 per 5-gallon bucket
Free wood chip mulch
Our fees for 2025:
$20 for a 20’ by 20’ plot
$15 for a 10’ by 20’ plot
Discount of $5 for seniors (65 and older) or SNAP recipients
Plot scholarships available (up to full amount)
Gardeners contribute three hours of community service per plot. This helps the garden function as a vibrant community resource.
